How to select blades?
The spacing of cuts in each direction shall be equal, and the spacing of cuts depends on the coating thickness and the type of substrate, as follows:
0 ~ 60um: hard substrate, 1mm spacing. 0 ~ 60um: soft substrate, 2mm spacing.
61 ~ 120um: hard or soft substrate, 2mm spacing. 121 ~ 250um: hard or soft substrate, 3mm spacing. |
